Disgusting customer service , especially one with glasses no stars , it's like it's a hassle for them to to do what they're there for , cant pay for gas electric apart from post office they say but ring every one else through bad place

I came in today and it was wonderful to have two lovely ladies, Pam and Sophie, helping me and having a chat with me. Made my dayyyyy!!!

SHOCKING customer service. These staff should be sacked. Came in today to buy stamps. The young women wouldn't serve me even though she was stood doing absolutely nothing. She told me to go across to another counter we're one was serving and the other women was sat on her mobile phone. When she finally served me , I asked why the other member of staff couldn't sell me stamps and her reply was "I don't know, maybe she's busy". I turned around to see and the women was still stood behind the counter doing absolutely nothing staring into thin air. These staff are appalling . They was me and one other customer in the place. They are so rude
