Extremely RUDE! Member of Staff (female) behind the Post Office counter and sometimes (unfortunately) works behind shop aswell. Over Talks you whilst trying to explain anything!, If she doesn't like her job then go somewhere else, whatever her grievance is DONT TAKE IT OUT ON PAYING CUSTOMERS! I've now taken my business elsewhere, given this individual 3 chances. If you want to be spoken down to like a dog and totally disrespected as a customer regardless if you go to the post office or the shop and please feel free to visit this outlet and you will get this treatment. I have raised this complaint to the management and still nothing has changed my son went in tonight on my behalf and still received this Rude Treatment. Don't you realise if you speak to customers like dirt they will go somewhere else! On Monday I will once again speak to the management and if possible speak to John Turnbull in person, this individual needs to leave this store whatever her problem is it is extreme and it is putting off customers I've also noticed another person has left a similar review to mine. There are other shops to go to for all the services they provide most people do not complain and just never go back. They are also illiterate (Can't Spell people's names!) Crucial if you are working in the post office with regards to addresses etc. Bad Manners equals no customers and bad reviews like this!! What a shame that John Turnbull has worked hard all his life to build up his business chain and then an individual can completely bring down a store with a serious attitude problem.. LEARN SOME MANNERS AND RESPECT YOU ARE DESTROYING THIS BUSINESS! Everybody else who works there where is very respectful but you know what the saying is there's always one. The Customer (ex)

Given false information about when my urgent post would arrive to it's destination. I paid a lot of money and was told it was guaranteed to arrive in 24hrs. The lady at the post office failed to inform me that Parcel force don't deliver on Sunday's and that bank holiday weekend would affect my post. This is after I explained the urgency and that the medicines in the box won't last more that the 24hrs under certain temperature s. She cut me when I was trying to explain. Now it's been four days and has still not arrived to. It's destination
