        Awful. Went in at 2:30 in the afternoon to drop off a pre paid small parcel Woman doing nothing behind the counter said the Post Office was closed for half an hour. I asked why and she said she'd been cashing up. No apology or anything. No wonder Royal Mail is losing money employing useless people like this behind the counter.

        I walked into the post office and was disappointed that the internet opening times was wrong until a staff told me that its only the counter that closed. They use a different till after certain times. So impressive thaa post office inside mccoll opens till 10 pm everyday from 6 pm except Sunday when it opens at 7 pm. A real time saver and customer focused
