We tried to resolve it over the phone with him without success.(my problem)
He came out to Beverley to look at my boiler, identified the problem straight away which he knew when we talked on the phone.
He got my boiler working so I now have heat and hot water.
He gave me information on my boiler, Im a recent new home owner.
Neil is very friendly and straight to the point.
My bill was very reasonable considering it was an emergency call out of normal working hours.
I would definitely recommend Neil at ADD-TAPS PLUMBING
