I contacted this company to ask what sealant they used to seal the bottom to the sides as I have a crack on the join and am concerned the floor below the shower will be getting damp I was completely ignored proves the value of a good after sales there are with some companies unfortunately not this one.

These caravan showers appear to have a design fault as they are prone to frost damage and catastrophic failure, in park homes unoccupied in the winter. in my opinion they are therefore not suitable for holiday park homes. In our park home group, we have to commission a plumber to remove the shower tap unit every winter, store them somewhere warm, and refit for the spring! It would be great Bridgewood could rectify this? I suppose more business is created by replacing the frost damaged units so there isnt a great incentive to improve the design fault! Can anyone recommend a park home shower that can standup to the winter frosts?
