        Disgusting behaviour. First hour finger was cut, Victoria a non first aider put a plaster on and gloves given no accident report. Second day hand got trapped slight mark so didn't report as first day wasn't. I ask ivors/Ivars shift manager for help when machine stops he disgustingly holds his hand up and says he will be there in a minute 10 mins later he arrives. Third day hand swelled so much couldn't grip. Dont mention training there is none.
