ordered through their gaming displays website, order was accepted but then refunded a couple days later with no explanation why. I am assuming it might have been due to the fact I pointed out their terms of sale are not compatible with UK law

Due to Covid 19, Ino-plaz was one of a number of companies we approached to enquire about sneeze guards. Matthew was very helpful, asked more questions about what our requirements were and gave me more information about the sneeze-guards than the other companies that I'd spoken to. He was more concerned that the product was right for us, even going so far as to explain what the recommended screen thickness was for various heights of screen and what specifications the NHS were using. The result of this was that we saved money as Matthew advised us that we only needed a thickness of 4mm rather than 5mm for the heights we were using. None of the other companies had done this. They'd just taken our measurements and provided a quote. Delivery dates and times were agreed with Matthew to three different locations and, despite the quick turn-around (less than a week) everything arrived as promised. Staff feedback about the sneeze-guards hasbeen very good and we are more than satisfied with our purchase. Ino-plaz would be our first port of call should we require any more of these types of products. Great service from Matthew and everyone else. Thoroughly recommend this company.
