Get this about 3 times a week its fine normally but tonight the chips are cold some even hard as if they have been leftthen re fried absolutely rank

I've given a 4 star rating based on our last order despite what would normally be a 5 star rating. We waited 1hr 20 mins for delivery which in itself wasn't the biggest issue, but had out food arrived reasonably warm it wouldn't have been an issue. The garlic bread had leaked completely through the box and bag, so much so that unfortunately there was no garlic left on, and everything was stone cold. Once the food was reheated it was great as always, but I don't want to have to reheat food that has just been delivered We will order again because I do think it was a one off experience, or at least I hope it was. Dietary restrictions: Gluten free pizza
