Just bought a Donner kebab the meat is dry & like cardboard must of been warmed up from last night. Never had one like this before from there usually the best kebabs around maybe time for a change

I have been coming here for years I am a loyal customer, yet tonight they said they could not deliver my food. They have just lost a customer that has been going there for many years. A totally untrusting food outlet, what a shame that you have lost a customer I will also pass this service onto my faFatho all order from you and let them know of my experience tonight. Disgusting untrustworthy service, I have learnt my lesson tonight with this food outlet. You say you cannot take the risk but I've been ordering from you for years even my name is on your system but so be it if that's the way you want to treat your customers then goodbye. I have been tret like somebody who has no credibility or no loyalty whatsoever, it seems like this establishment only want to take cash? My wife has been at work all day and she said I would like to have Godfather, I now have to tell her it's not possible as they said no we cannot deliver to you. Such a shame that you treat loyal customers like this. I will let everybody know about the service or lack of service you have given me tonight... There are many other food outlets in Hull we can order from. Disgusted and outraged beyond belief!, Shame on you Godfather to treat your customers like this, I had this problem in the past before with a staff member who was extremely rude to me on the phone I think this is the same person. If I am wrong then I apologise, either way this is terrible customer service. It's a shame that the manager who is very good with customers named Fatty, all his hard work is for nothing. The owners should look what he is doing and follow his example. Don't know what's happened but won't ever come back ever after tonight!!!!
