        I am usually a regular customer order at least once a week and Ive never had a problem until I waited nearly 2 hours for my order I phoned twice to check up on it first time I got told it was on its way now so I waited an extra 35 minutes and called them back again baring in mind I only live down the road again I got told its coming now the driver has it which again I got lied too because I then waited another 30 minutes until it actually arrived I will not be using this store again. Food arrived cold I was that hungry I wasnt calling back and waiting about another few hours to be sorted.

        Absolutely awful customer service and cold food. 2nd time recently Ive ordered from here and the food was freezing when it arrived 2 hours later. Called up and the women on the phone had a terrible attitude saying we are having delays. Deffo wont be ordering from here again. Waste of time and waste of money!
