I ordered late last night roughly am hour and a half before it was meant to close via their website, put in nearly a 20 pound order, they called me from a private order saying because they was busy they could not facilitate my order and to cancel it, I had no issue with this until I realized their website does not allow you to cancel orders, I paid by card so just wanted a refund by this point, I tried calling the place up until closing time and they don't even pick up the phone what so ever, even when I tried today! I will never be going back there and will get my refund!!
