Charismatic sales approach followed by ZERO aftercare!! Having been introduced to Tom Evans in Oct 2020 when I was setting up in business and in need of a quality printer/scanner, he provided me with a half decent second hand/reconditioned printer. However, as I was a new business I was unable to commit to a contract which included needing to know how many print copies/toners etc and also an aftercare service. I was assured if I had any issues with the printer that all I would need to do is ring him and I would receive the help I needed. NOT SO!! I contacted Tom when I started experiencing issues with my scanner in December 2020, sending him multiple messages (which he read and failed to respond to). After resorting to the "please contact me or this poor service will be reflected within a review" I finally received a missed call from him. I send him a further text when I was available and he text me back to confirming he will call me back to discuss.... 9 months later I am still waiting for this call!. I contacted Copier Systems Ltd and spoke to Debs who was good enough to deal with my issues... and she told me that she has asked Tom to ring me 3 times... and I have STILL not received a call from him. It may be better to use Copier Systems Ltd directly that deal with Tom who clearly is full of empty promises and incredibly BAD customer care. Avoid Copier Systems (East Yorkshire) Ltd
