Absolutely appalling customer service, The larger sales assistant started to raise her voice at a foreign national in an attempt/hoping that they might understand her better, when being pointed out that she was shouting she refused to acknowledge that fact, saying that she wasnt shouting when in fact she was, Sometimes people dont like criticism which is fine, this person needs to be educated how to deal with diversity in regards to culture, and then to get funny with another customer who is pointing out the error of her ways is not professional, One star review warranted

They didn't give my mother's medicine, first they said come tomorrow, then they said that your prescription didn't reach us, then I took the prescription, this time they asked for a new prescription for the date it was given, my mother was without medicine for 5 days, and I always bought my medicines incomplete, they are not in stock, they do not order, very bad service when there is no order.

''3 in the shop at a time'' rule still in place.. I ain't standing outside in the rain while you drag your feet serving the 3 customers inside.. Never once have they got my prescription correct.ive had important items missing from my bag when I get home and they refused to give me it or replace it.. been 5 days without my pain relief at the moment because of their incompetence at having stuff in stock.. truly awful service**update** I HAVE NOW BEEN BANNED FROM THE PHARMACY FOR LEAVING THIS REVIEW!!!.. DISGUSTING!!

Extremely lovely, helpful and hard-working staff, very convenient location, wish the Saturday hours weren't so short but that's probably something that can't be helped
