        MY WIFE TOOK A PRESCRIPTION IN FOR URGENT EYE DROPS AND WAS REFUSED DISPENSING IT. THE PRESCRIPTION WAS FROM HULL ROYAL INFIRMARY, SO BOOTS SAID GO BACK THERE, AS THRY WOULDNT DO IT. THE HOSPITAL TOLD ME ANY PHARMACY COULD DISPENSE IT. ONE DAY LATER WITHOUT URGENT TREATMENT, WE MANAGED TO GET IT DISPERSED AT A DIFFERENT PHARMACY DOWN THE ROAD. THANKS BOOTS, YOU NEED TO GET YOUR STAFF TO READ THE INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE TURNNG THEM AWAY, THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME I HAVE HAD TROUBLE WITH BOOTS WILLERBY, BUT I CAN ASSURE YOU IT WILL BE THE LAST. DO NT USE THEM IF AT ALL POSSIBLE. IF I COULD RATE THEM 0 I WOULD.
