Bad manager,had my prescription 5 days,got the order wrong twice.i needed it urgently, then he gave me prescription back n told me to try n get it elsewhere

The female staff are lovely really helpful but the main guy pharmacy is very rude, condescending and arrogant

Updated review.. Initially I couldnt fault this place. Its gone right downhill, open & close as & when it suits them. You go get your prescription & theyre not allowed to give me it due to pharmacist not being there. So they tell you to come back at a certain time. This is unacceptable because when you do go back they still wont give you it. Last week was the final straw for me. I went in knowing very well that my prescription was there, they claimed that it wasnt. I asked several times for him to check for me. Still no prescription. So they forced me into walking all the way to my prescriber which was around 4miles. My prescriber told me that they had my prescription & it had been there since January. So my prescriber phoned Jhoots asking what the issue was. Jhoots told them there never was & never had been any prescription for me. Oh dear but Funnily enough all of a sudden my prescription WAS THERE & had been all a long. That was because I said I was going to make a complaint regarding my missing prescription. Why would someone deliberately do this to me. I am however going to report this to relevant people. Im on my way back to Jhoots now, so lets see what happens. Horrendous when you cant even walk into your pharmacy & just pick up your medication
