        Were okay to begin with. Had to change my chemist yesterday as I was waiting 45 minutes whilst the pharmacist assistant held my prescription in her hand and had a chat with her colleagues!

        A professional team who go above and beyond to ensure that patients get there medication..a professional service from the pharmacy.front line staff . And the delivery drivers who make sure you get your medication..the staff who ensure your medication is delivered after speaking to them on the phone..and the personal service you get from this team

        Every time I go to Brocklehurst Pharmacy on Willerby Road,I am made to feel like a criminal by the staff who endlessly question me about the items ai want to buy.Yesterday,I only went for padded plasters and wound desinfecting liquid.The lady at the counter was suspicious and asked her colleague to question me who the plasters are for,why I need them.In the end,I was not given either plasters or desinfectant!This is ridiculous and it is not the first time I have been made to feel very uncomfortable.
