I had an appointment with Mr Harvey which due to transport issues could not longer make, and called as soon as possible to explain and apologise. He did offer to wait until I arrived but being new to the area and having to wait for a bus to get there (not knowing how long he would now be waiting), I asked to rearrange. He then proceeded to tell me that he did not want to see me because in order to treat a patient there should be no 'bad feeling' and I had messed up his evening (though he was due to see a patient at 5:20pm anyway and I called before this time so he wasn't waiting for me and would in fact be leaving earlier than planned). I have never come off the phone feeling close to tears from someone being so rude. I'm pleased I couldn't get there, I wouldn't want to give that man my business. Have never experienced a feeling like
