Definitely recommend them. Glasses were ready in a week, can't believe how inexpensive they were, and they look very modern and stylish. Optician was very helpful and knowledgeable. She recommended a different brand of contact lenses from what I had been using, a lot cheaper and way more comfortable. Very happy customer.

So, I waited 15 minutes for anyone to even acknowledge that I was stood waiting to be seen. I was ignored by 3 staff members whilst they all spoke with an Asda employee. Did it really need 3 people to deal with 1 person. No eye contact or an acknowledgement that I was there. I was then informed that it was appointment only. Okay, made an appointment and returned. Staff were friendly and helpful. Then after paying, I was told 2 weeks for delivery. Okay, not ideal as needed them, but accept with COVID everything is delayed. After 2 weeks I called, and was told that I fact they meant working days (so 3 weeks). No apology, and quite shirty about it. I called just before 3 weeks and was told they were still not in. Okay. I then rang after 15 working days to be told that my glasses had been delivered and cancelled. Wft? After speaking with manager later, it appears that they sent the wrong prescription as the staff had inputted info wrong. No one called me. No one told me on the couple of times I called. Took me being short to get answers. Waiting for phone call back tomorrow to find out when they will actually arrive. Initial estimation is end of the week which will take it to 20 WORKING days. Almost a month for glasses, glasses I am desperately in need of. Wish I had paid the extra and gone somewhere else. Suppose you live and learn... But will not be using them again.
