Been coming here for over 30yrs, young man on reception giving wrong times & dates on appointment card. This week he gave me my disabled mother as well as my elderly father wrong appointments. Dont understand why? This caused us a lot of inconvenience. How hard is it to write the correct appointment on a card?. Then we have the older lady on reception, she saw I was heavily pregnant. I asked please could I use the staff toilet as a pregnant woman I cannot hold my urine. As cold as ice she told me NO. Yet had just allowed another customer to go to the loo. This nasty woman told me that I was early for my appointment & had enough time to go around the corner to relieve myself in the street. Unbelievable!! Unfortunately due to not being able to hold it any longer, I wet myself in the shop. Ive never felt so embarrassed in all my life. I decided to have my appointment I was told I needed glasses. I picked a pair of glasses to which I was paying for. She told me that I wasnt allowed to do that because the NHS doesnt cover the costs. Unbelievable think there is something wrong with her & she clearly couldnt grasp the fact that I was PAYING FOR THE GLASSES. I believe that I was treat in such an awful manner due to being the NHS paying for my eye test. Dont get me wrong the gentleman who did my eye exam was absolutely amazing. Extremely kind & compassionate towards me. Think his name was Liam. I will be putting a complaint in to the owners. Like I said earlier, I have been coming here over 30yrs, never had any problems before. The woman deserves to be sacked for what she did & shes lucky Im not going to humiliate her like she did me & go to the papers. I really cant believe what she did to me, having witnessed her allowing another customer use the toilet

Best service... Even though I didn't buy that Pair of glasses from them, they were more than happy to repair it. They didn't even charge me. Definitely I am going ther for my next pair of glasses.

I got the first glasses ever here that work! I have poor eyesight since childhood, and never found glasses that I wanted to wear. But HERE, someone did the miracle for me! THANK YOU!
