        Couldn't fault the service at North Point. I was asked to make an urgent appointment by the eye hospital. Although they didn't have any availability at the time they said they would look around for a cancellation. Sure enough I was in that afternoon. Staff are a credit to the company.

        I am not happy with service, person from reception didn't try help me, I asked just to check on machine which readings I have in lenses. She sent me to the different shop.
