        Staff brilliant, very helpful, shop was spotless, 1st visit today but will be using them again. Optician was excellent, a great service was provided by all.

        Disgusting receptionist. Disgusting ophthalmologists. Had my disabled mother sat in there half an hour before they then asked about masks and if she had been double vaccinated against covid! God knows what my mothers medical records have to do with them!! They then refused to do her eye test which the Hospital had requested.. I called them straight away, was lied to by the receptionist then she hung up on me and wouldn't answer the phone.. I will be taking this further.
