        New owner Global Care (Hull) ltd, based in Birmingham stopped all pension contributions for staff. Very high staff turnover now and dangerous staffing level. Workers don't have a written contract and don't get paid when they fall sick. "Take a paracetamol when you feel poorly".

        A very good nursing home with diligent staff and management. Kerrie is a very lovely manager as well.

        Queensgate is a great home they showed care compassion and respect to my mum when she was a resident with then the staff are hard working and the cared for my mum wonderfully I would say its one of the best care home the staff like Emma and Kerry the manager were wonderful and took great care of both my mum and all our family I like to say a big thank you to you all
