        Mostly nice & helpful staff although understaffed for patients needs. Had to argue a bit with manageress that the patient I was visiting was infact very ill & required a doctor. I suspected pneumonia, patient never received antibiotics & died 3 days of pneumonia. Basic care needs were not met in final days...no drink available, unable to feed herself & was unassisted
