They called us for training and onboarding and collected 51 for DBS while they collected additional 20 from others for work uniform but till date, they havent added us to the group where you can get shifts. Apparently they had no job to give, they just wanted to take money from us

My work experience at Resolute Healthcare was amazing. The ever-friendly staff and the quick application processes stand out. Sadly, I had to leave because I got a Sponsorship job in Birmingham. Harry, the company's director is the most fantastic. He signed my reference for the sponsorship job. Whilst I'm well settled in my new role, Harry still looks after me to date. I recommend Resolute Healthcare for intending Healthcare Assistants and Support workers

Do not work here! You will get the job easily but they only give shifts to people they like. You could apply for shifts constantly and get nothing for weeks

I started working with Resolute 2021 and they have been the best agency ever! The director, manager and all other staffs are all amazing. I had little or no idea about care and support before I joined and they trained me so well. I would recommend this agency to anyone because they really care about their staffs.
