        I can see from several previous reviews that the guys in this shop have issues when it comes to manners and basic polite conduct. When I arrived and told them I'd come to collect a parcel, the 2 men behind the counter looked at me like I'd walked in off the street and been sick all over the floor! The parcel was then forced into my hand with one shop assistance snapping at me to 'Hold it!' As I was reading out the collection code from my phone he was attempting to take the phone out of my hand to read it himself! Despite this, I still thanked them which was met by total silence. Beggars belief that we're actually paying them for providing this service.
