        Went to the store today to gain information about adjustable beds. Carl was very helpful, he listened to us carefully so that he understood our requirements and then explained fully the products they had available. He then demonstrated each one so we could see which was most suitable for us. We were pleased with the information and placed an order with them.

        Laura was very helpful, pleasant and bubbly when I was shopping for my electric wheelchair she was very helpful and knowledgeable and gave me great encouragement when I was driving the wheelchair , but she needs a pair of gloves to work in cause her hands where so cold
