        Started attending after seeing pictures of a friends session and Im really pleased I did. Its a very different kind of whole body work out as you build confidence in yourself to what you can achieve!!

        I've been going here for 6 weeks now and can really see the difference in my strength. Elsa pays attention to areas of my body I suffer with pain and suggests stretches to help. It's massively rewarding and you feel a real sense of achievement seeing the pictures afterwards

        Me and my daughter have been attending Elsas classes for some time now. Elsa has a real warm and passionate approach when teaching my daughter. She has encouraged my daughter to push harder and never give up! Elsa has shared her passion with my daughter and she looks forward to going every week, to a safe and fun environment They have developed a beautiful relationship. Me and my daughter adore Elsa!
