Excellent yet again, used them 7 times in recent years, they managed the usual hassles that crop up. Would use again. Jessica Poole has been excellent, timely, great comms and above average negotiating skills, jess has been a difference that makes a difference. A company that actually works to its core stated values without corporates bull.

Had multiple issues with this agents over the years well this just goes to show how incompetent this estate agents are because this review was in relation to the dealings with gamesbite ltd and referring the number of issues that we had with your company dating back to 2011 which resulted in us stopping letting with you and never requesting to list a property for sale with you now the recent issues you have referred to below was with a totally different company you should really check your facts before replying to reviews and look at your own guid lines especially 6.157 , 6.160 and especially 6.125 which "You should verify the identity using identity evidence that has been issued by a recognised body, for example a Government department, that has robust identity proofing measures, and includes security features that prevent tampering, counterfeiting and forgery with the customers full name and photo, with a customers date of birth or residential address such as: a valid passport " as you can see it does not say you have to have proof of residency and a passport was provided to you in relation to that
