Have used Gladstones recently to repair a damaged engagement ring and go on to reset it when it became beyond further repair, it's been such a helpful personal service, we've gone back to buy our wedding rings and will be back again when I can add an eternity ring. We had approached one of the big chain stores for advice/help with wedding rings and the were little to no help, opposite of Gladstones. Great service from an independent store and I'm so, so happy with the new setting of my engagement ring.

Well we booked a quick wedding, short notice for 25/11/22, so we popped to Gladstones , they were absolutely fab, we had a good banter, my partner got black / rose gold wedding rings, new in , but me being awkward I wanted something different ) , and not an issue here ,, they made my wedding ring , rose gold ,& white gold in matt,and in time , on our wedding day , my ring was so tight my finger blew up, so on our way back from gretna, popped in and he greeted me with a smile , ,, but as he is a quality jeweller, he took my ring and revamped it to the next size up ,, ready for our home party that same night WOWZER , it was amazing service x very highly recommend, very passionate tradesmanship , thankyou so much , we are both so very happy with our rings x jo &, Ian rockett
