        I had never done welding before and walked into Arcmaster pretty clueless.i dont think I was their usual clientele as I was more of a hobbyist rather than working in the construction industry. I knew what I wanted to achieve but needed to work out how to get there. I met Richard and Karl and they were so helpful. Honestly they went above and beyond. Its because of their help and patience that I started on my welding journey of making sculptures. They helped me to decide what process would be best for my project and even made sure I knew how to use the machine before leaving the shop. They never once made me feel stupid. I even contacted them several times after the sale and they were always consistently helpful and positive. I would definitely recommend them. Excellent from start to finish.
