So after 2 classes I realized we wasn't learning anything new and doing no pole conditioning, was just three different moves and that was it. And some fast stretching. I thought we would do some exercises on the pole to improve strength and core strength. But we just did sitting tricks and it basically was like..do this trick or do that trick. If you cant do it nevermind. Not much direction. By the third class I kept thinking this isn't worth it as I'm not improving and wasn't really shown technique.
