Viewing booked for 23/08/22 PM, after estate agent was late with no courtesy phone call, I contacted the office and was told they were 'not normally late'. After my 15 minute slot was nearly up, office phoned to apologise, saying agent was minutes away, as I was on a strict viewing schedule I left after 20 minute no-show. I have viewed with 5 other companies in Hull, all were on time. For buyers: factor in they may be late, so leave plenty of wiggle room. For sellers: personally I would avoid this company.
