        Unhelpful, rude and argumentative. The lady behind the counter was downright obstructive. Not enough labels (apparently 3 when I had 2 per the instructions). When I returned they had to be stuck down (again never referenced the day before or in the instructions for return). I ended up leaving with the parcel to return through a different shop. I will make sure I dont buy anything that is a UPS return through this shop. Disgrace

        Agree rude and dismissive. Also to note they keep the parcels in the shop just on the left as you enter. I dont think its secure and anyone could steal parcels from there.
