Poppy Storage

we found the storage company in a good location of east hull We paid upfront for the 1st 4 wks by Bank card payment Upon placing items into the container We found lots of condensation in the storage unit which is disappointing when all your household items are in there, the contents are not covered by insurance therefore would not be replaced if damaged We did address the situation to the company manager. The female owner was very rude towards my partner telling us its our fault for being in and out of the container all the time letting water get inside and cause damp The behaviour was unacceptable towards my partner threating to us that she will remove lock because We we're in process of finding another storage unit as we are not putting up with the behaviour our 24 hour access was stopped so we was only allowed go within their opening times, Another male in the office became involved in a disagreement Regarding us having to make a payment He was aggressive and abusive towards my partner he didn't work for poppy storage when we came to make our last payment before removing contents to another storage unit There was non compromise of us making the last payment when collecting the items on the following wk when I had a van to use, There was a male who dealt with us in calming way and dealt with the situation he was very helpful even though he didn't work for poppy storage We removed the items front the container within one day The following day we handed the container lock and keys back to staff of popy storage upon parking up a staff member come outside with the deposit we originally paid by card and was returned by cash not to sure if this is normally a way of there policy and procedures But Wouldn't rate them at all but each to there own of choices

Excellent service great staff always helpful and polite with any queries, value for money for the storage for the month.

Absolutely perfect place For my business storage needs..a very secure site, always clean and tidy, 24hr access and the family who run the site are all lovely people too
