Absolutely 5 star service from Alan who dealt with me from start to finish, made me feel comfortable in buying my own first car from a large dealership. I am so so pleased with my new Audi Q2, and cannot thank Alan enough who was absolutely brilliant. Thank you so much for being so kind and helpful.

Be wary buying used with the approved warranty. It doesnt cover much, obviously not consumables. I had my car booked In for a 300 fix, not under warranty, they called me the day before saying it would be 1000+ instead. Im sure theyre great for new cars. The showroom and staff are nice, but for aftercare maybe avoid. Make sure they stick to their quoted price for works done.

Fantastic service at Audi Hull. I dealt with Chris who went above and beyond to help me. He looked after us from the minute we walked in and made the whole process straightforward and stress free. All of the staff were friendly and helpful, including management who came over to check everything was running smoothly for us. The overall experience was brilliant and I would thoroughly recommend this dealership to anyone who wants a professional job done.
