Stood outside dealership after being on hold for 2 hours this morning. Times clearly state they are open today, nobody here. Telephone system does not tell you theyre closed. Constantly on hold, hearing about service packages but not important info like were closed!!!! Not a service being offered. Time wasters.

They told us to bring our van Thursday afternoon because they would work on it Thursday night and we could pick it up Friday morning, not disturbing our working week. Sounds amazing right, well then we phoned 6.45 Friday morning, only to be told they hadnt looked at it and werent going to until Friday day. What a load of rubbish. I was told multiple times it would be worked on Thursday night. Avoid this garage. And avoid Mercedes, the vito is awful. We get warning lights all the time. Very disappointing experience all round.

OK. The last time I had to come here there was a bit of a discussion about service. Not from the reception. It was all about the lack of extra time available for the mechanics to properly fix the truck. After my chat, the service team kept me up to speed on the repairs and the extra issues they found. As I said before. It's a management issue, demanding more customers so they can maximise time and send more invoices means service can't actually do the job. The result. Our truck came back fixed. I will send any updates....

Been here twice and never had what can be described as a good experience. Can't blame the chap on the desk it's the management and the way they work. There is now time for fixing additional problems or addressing issues they create while working on your vehicle.
