I have had a really positive experience with Horsebox Supplies. I brought a 3.5ton that needs a bit of TLC and was advised to come here and buy the parts needed direct from Horsebox Supplies. I ordered a new lock for the back door which arrived within 2 days of order via the website. The lorry I brought came with a damaged internal wheel cover/cone and its not exactly a standard size, I sent an email with pictures and measurements, within an hour I had an email back explaining exactly what I will need and how best to order with a delivery within a week! I am yet to complete this order but will get this done within the next month. The quick response, and delivery made this a really good experience. Thank you

This company is a disgrace, we own a horsebox company in Manchester and because laura drove all the way from hull with impressive flyers and a delivery time of 10-14 days, we decided to purchase a custom made pod for a customers wagon at just short of 2000. We paid and was promised our delivery within two weeks, after the 2 weeks had come and past we rang the office to be dismissed and lied to. After a month past we were ignored. After 5 months! Of no contact we finally found time to take a day out and drive down to the premises ( it's not easy to take a day out when you have bills to pay and a family to feed) on arrival there was no pod and no excuse to why it had not been made and delivered they had just took the money and expected us to give up. They did pay us a cheque in the end but should we have had to drive up to receive what was ours?? I would recommend people give this company a wide birth after the stressful experience we had to deal with
