We received delivery of our Atlas Status caravan in June 2022 and currently in April 2023 all issues have not been dealt with. Its just been one thing after the other. Currently we have no blind in the main shower room as it fell off a number of weeks ago and we are still waiting for them to come and repair it. So currently we are showering in the dark ! However tonight the shower door came off !! We had a significant dent in the dining table, damage to the fridge door (which was repaired but left making the most awful squeaking noise when we open it - still awaiting this repaired!), damage to the picture frame in the living room area, not to mention numerous other snagging problems, but most significantly a leaking toilet, leaking ensuite sink and leaking shower. Many problems were sorted by the site owners which we were very grateful for. The current problems have been reported numerous times by our site owners only to be fobbed off by office staff. Our last caravan was ABI which we had very few issues with and the ones we did have were sorted quickly and efficiently as you would expect. I would not recommend an Atlas caravan as the after sales service , which when things arent right is so important, is beyond shocking !!

So far this purchase of the Atlas Debonair has been a bad purchase, brand new and not cheap but too many repairs even 1 year down the line we are still paying out. Will be staying clear in future purchase of Atlas.

Telephone enquiries regarding older units aren't allowed everything has to be in writing. So if you require any information to carry out repairs prepare for a long wait. I was only trying to find out details of the fridge freezer fitted and hit a brick wall.

Recently upgraded from a Willerby holiday home to an Atlas Lilac, which was very expensive but promised Quality Craftmanship and luxury. We now sadly regret this upgrade as although the design is good the quality is extremely poor. Atlas Customer Care is non exsistent, and they obviously have no pre delivery quality control. We have even written to the Atlas MD who like their after care is not interested and has not responded to our request for help with the over 20 faults some of which are really bad.
