Coachman Caravans

Bought a brand new Laser 620 Xtra last year , wallpaper seams are peeling off, Underslung tank leaked, water leaking from under the kitchen taps , cannot turn Pioneer radio off, we have to keep ejecting the front face off, its not even a year old and its not worth the money we paid , we are seriously thinking about taking it back and asking for a full refund as we are fed up being ripped off by people who dont give a toss, Its unacceptable . My advice is DO NOT BUY A COACHMAN CARAVAN theyre not worth the money .

Brought brand new coachman VIP545 2019 model from the moment we collected it we have had nothing but problems. I can't express enough how disappointed we are. Would never buy one again, hard earned money wasted on a rubbish built caravan.....

Although we bought our Lusso ll In April 22 and its had to go back to the factory for some repairs doing, I can honestly say Im pleased with the overall service and the repairs. Matthew was great, was in touch and even sent me pictures of the repairs.

after owning 2coachmans thought I would end my touring days with laser 875 bought in 2020 to many problems to list. 8 repairs inside 7 outside apart from 1 repair 3days before the van was even used a minor problem of nearside window dropping out the dealer came and sorted it,all the other jobs i have done myself reason why in the time of ownership i would have lost 12 months of holidays taking this 36000 load of rubbish back to the dealers.Coachman caravans do not care about anybody the same 875 now is 46000 plus what a joke hard earnt money never again buyers beware.

Had delivery of my2023vip565 after 6months wait.well werth it great quality and workmanship.all at coachman must be very proud of what they have built Coachman Are still the Best
