Taking incompetence to new heights Hull City Council have manufactured traffic congestion, by letting broken brained buffoons like Daren Hale construct bus lanes, cycle lanes & road improvements in a cynical attempt to line their own pockets with a for coming congestion charge

I have never come across such a blatant block-out of having to speak to us, the public. The massively convoluted phone system has you listen to endless options leading to more options, normally none of which match your enquiry anyway. If you do finally manage to hear the joyous sound of a telephone ringing tone or hold music - expect to hear it for a long, long time. Since 2020 I have NEVER been answered within 30 minutes, even when trying to report on the emergency line for needles outside a school. Shocking.
