        Luckily I don't have to personally deal with payne and payne however they are acting for the property at the top of the chain in which I am a part of. The bottom and middle have been ready to exchange and complete for over 6 weeks. These guys have "dictated" and "posted" replies once however did not answer the enquiries in full. They have been called daily by other solicitors and estate agents to no avail. My solicitor was on hold for 20 minutes today trying to get through. So if you want a cheap, slow solicitor that clearly can't use emails - these are the solicitors for you. I'm sorry Payne and Payne, you clearly have alot on but that's your fault, not mine but it's my life that's been affected. There's children in the chain that need to start a new school and nursery, there's people in the chain that are due to go back to work soon because of furlough. You are putting alot of people through unnecessary stress all because you can't communicate. But we are all at your mercy so let's hope I'll be in my new home before Christmas.
