        On arriving at the office the receptionist was most polite and friendly. When we met Richard he was very professional but at the same time made us feel like we were with a friend.         Very pleased with the service I received at Lockings. All communication has been professional and informative. They moved things along quickly and efficiently when I was aiming to purchase a property, responded to any queries quickly. In one case it took just 3 minutes to get a response from an email. Furthermore I am confident in the job they do, a solicitor spent an hour on the phone with me explaining items found in the documents supplied by the seller and advising the potential implications.

        The solicitors i worked with took 8 months to complete my property purchase and unresponsive to my questions or very slow to respond. They would often be unavailable when I called and not call me back. I've heard this is all normal practice but I will still go with other solicitors in the future
