I recently purchased a Discovery Sport from Hatfields of Hull. The salesman who looked after me was Jay Oke. He was an absolute gentleman. Knowledgeable, courteous and no hard sell. He said he would try and achieve the best deal possible for me. That is exactly what he did. I had a 12 year old Freelander to part exchange. Initially the money offered wasn't enough. I thought the worst. There was no deal to be had. The gap was too big and it could not be bridged. To my surprise Jay returned with a counter offer that was to my liking. Basically I signed the papers paid the deposit and the deal was finalised. During the days up to the collection of my new car, Jay kept me informed every step of the way with the money transaction, registration documents and any other business. Everything he said he would do, he delivered. My wife and I was very impressed with the service. I would not hesitate to buy another vehicle from Hatfields Landrover Hull.
