I was given a great quote for my patio doors from Hull Blinds and they were fitted very swiftly but to a great standard. I will be using again and they have already measured up more rooms in my home for me.

First Class service. Andy takes a pride in his work and all of our blinds were fitted to the highest standard. We have had the whole house fitted and were extremely happy with the price quoted. He was punctual, efficient and professional and left no mess whatsoever. I would highly recommend Hull Blinds and wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Used Andy before for blinds in my old house and thought he was great so wanted to use him again for blinds in my new house I've recently moved into. Sad to say it's like dealing with a different person to the last time I used him. Came to measure, then text me prices on the evening which was great... Then soon as I told him what I wanted and asked when he can show me the colours to choose from, I hear nothing back.... Four days later I asked if he received my message and he confirmed that he had received it, but still didn't tell me when he can come. So for the third time, another few days later, I asked again when he can come, eventually got arranged n then he didn't show up on time n when I asked where he was, he was going to come an hour later than we agreed... because this had strung out for so long we have decided to go with someone else. Communication has been appalling this time, felt like I was almost nagging for an appointment after being ignored multiple times since he came and measured. Shame as I know he can do a good job, but I've been very let down this time, but more disappointed because we're loyal customers who have recommended him to others and used him previously and we get treat like this.
