Thorcal Calibration Ltd

We have used Thorcal for several years (also in it's previous guise). This is because the service has always been great. We have good communications with them, with reminfders when items need calibrating. They are quick, efficient, and great value for money. Not shy in offering to drop equipment back to us, if we're struggling to collect. Nothing the already do could be improved upon.

Thorcal promised to turn round the calibration of my test equipment next day as I needed it for the to carry out my work, and they didn't fail. 1st class prompt service

James from Thorcal came out to us in an emergency situation on Friday. We had been looking at a Lengthy amount of downtime but he got us running within an hour of being onsite. From the moment I called through and spoke with James he gave me every confidence in his knowledge of our site and situation. We had to use additonal support from our PLC engineers and James communicated directly with them in order to resolve our issue. If it was possible to give 6 stars I would. We highly recommend James and his Team at Thorcal Calibrations Ltd. Thanks Again!
