All About You Hypnotherapy

After years of endless diets and " I'll start again on Monday" I didnt know what else to do. My husband suggested hypnosis with Fran as he'd gone years ago for fear of heights/flying and it really worked for him! We've since been to Australia twice and enjoyed lots of foreign holidays! So I decuded to give Fran a chance to help me. After the session I honestly came out of her house thinking I'd wasted my money, I didn't feel any different at all. But ...it has worked! I honestly don't know how, because I was sceptical but I've stopped having the endless hungry/ void in my stomach that I was always trying to fill. I've not have any cravings and found myself eating less without even being aware of it. I've chosen healthy options, even had a satsuma when I could have had cake( unheard of) I feel free to just "be" ...if I lose weight then it's a bonus but Im happy and feel free of guilt and pressure, I've got rid of my endless diet books, given away my fitbit and scales. Mentally and emotionally, I feel so much lighter. I'm sleeping well and just happy with no drama, no torment, no fails, no good days or bad days ... just happy days I feel very content but if I feel things going backwards I will be right back to Fran in a flash! Thank you so much for "resetting"me and giving me my life back xx

My daughter has had a session with Fran, she was struggling with anxiety and low confidence. Fran made her feel at ease straight away. After just one session my daughter looked like a huge weight had been lifted off her shoulders, She was relaxed and smiling again. We highly recommend Fran.

Very relaxing atmosphere. Totally understood the issues in depth and focuses totally on helping!
