The parking operator has changed to a parking app called Twin Pay. This app is less than useless to pay for parking. Just read the one star reviews on Google playstore. Take coins with you in case the app fails, which is more than likely to happen. As at January 2023 you will need at least 4 to pay for parking, which is the minimum allowed but you do get up to 3 hours for that.

60 fine for forgetting to pay 6 for the day to park as a student nurse working at the hospital, the one day out of 100 that I did pay (but fair enough) - received my fine stating I had 14 days to pay before it turned into 100, however, the 14 days starts from the date the letter was issued, not the date it was received. I received this letter over a week AFTER the fine was issued, meaning I had to pay 100 even though I did not leave it 14 days. Would avoid at all costs.

DO NOT USE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES ! Blatant extortionists. Meter screen cover scratched with something to obscure text, so you can't see if you've entered your vehicle reg properly because there's no visual feedback to verify your key presses have been registered. Wouldn't be surprised if they'd scratched this themselves to get more people to misenter their reg numbers. Then they fine you via post for non payment picked up by ANPR... appeal and provide proof you paid (parking ticket and receipt), and they still demand a reduced 15 admin fee "as a gesture of goodwill"!! If you do find yourself using these swindlers' services (avoid where possible), make sure that: (a) you keep your parking ticket and receipt (b) you take photographs there and then of anything that's not right about the meter (c) you take photographs/video of your parking ticket clearly displayed in your windscreen
