    Always amazingly looked after here, especially the service department and Venika in particular always make sure I know exactly what is happening, when and how. I use my car extensively and safety is my priority and I know the service department make sure my car is tip top.

    Excellent aftersales customer service from Venika, Professional and Responsive, and ensures that the customer gets the best outcome. Venika was great to talk to and did not have a 'robotic' response as many sales teams I dealt with in the past. Thank you for resolving my issue Venika. Appreciate it!

    Bought a second hand car from here bits were missing but they sent a part through the post to me. It arrived soaked and was obviously second hand as was from eBay. When questioned the dealer I was told well you bought a second hand car you get second hand parts. That is not great after service. Still no response after emailing on email address given. Now to top it all now the engine management light has come on and shut the engine down.Engine under tray has fallen off and disappeared. Now stuck without a car and no response to my reply as requested. Also have been charged 401 for VVP that I didn't want. VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED CUSTOMER

    I do not recommend. It took them 2 and a half months to order the right part. and I'm not entirely sure if it's correct. they couldn't replace the parts or indicate an authorized workshop either
