        I have yet in recent years to have a delivery on time let alone notification of when they will actually be delivering and have always ended up having to call to chase. Their service and engineer department is however usually very good, shame about the oil delivery.

        No longer a 5 star service. They suggested I ring them every day to ask if they were coming so that I could unlock access to the tank. Knowing I wouldnt be in I wanted to avoid hiccups as they would only give an hours notice of the delivery on the day. Never had this issue with them before but will be buying elsewhere in future.

        I have dealt with this company for 30 years , but sadly their service has dropped to awful levels, and I will be taking my custom elsewhere. The lack of a delivery time , or even a delivery day means hanging around for 3 days now !! Unbelievable. Their drivers will not help out , or even phone you if you miss them .
