Only ever visited twice, once for a much needed trim and the second time for a top up of my balyage and trim. Didn't find the staff very welcoming at all, borderline rude. Unfortunately, trying to get a conversation out of the hairdresser dealing with my hair was like trying to get blood out of a rock, yet she was more than happy to chat to other customers and staff members, as someone with bad social anxiety, this made me feel very uncomfortable and very unwelcome. Woke up the next day with very dry ends and an uneven cut, I was devastated and really disappointed, the hairdresser had curled my hair during styling so I hadn't noticed it previously. Came here on a positive recommendation after not being able to get in with my usual lady at the time, sadly I will not be returning and I wouldn't recommend. Services: Hair coloring, Hairstyling
